Connie Morbach is the founder and CEO of Sanit-Air, Inc., Michigan’s leading mold testing and remediation company. She received her training at James Madison University, Oakland University and Wayne State University.
As chief environmental scientist, Connie has performed air testing and environmental evaluation in thousands of buildings, including schools libraries, courthouses, commercial office buildings, hospitals, and private residences. With national recognition for her expertise, Connie has provided expert testimony in federal and circuit court cases and has served as a guest lecturer for professional development courses to industrial hygienists, building code officials, home inspectors, lawyers, and medical professionals.

Thomas Morbach is a shareholder and president of Sanit-Air, Inc., a full service indoor air quality firm based in Troy, MI. Thomas is responsible for supervision of the technical support crews for duct cleaning, water damage restoration, and mold remediation. Included within his thousands of projects are health care facilities, libraries, churches, schools, and residential dwellings.
Thomas is also project supervisor for Professional Drying Technologies. He is responsible for the design of emergency drying projects and procedural documentation. Tom mobilizes and supervises the team of professionals that include engineers, scientists and technicians. His other responsibilities are project estimating, collaboration and coordination with other trades, and marketing research.
