She received her training at James Madison University, Oakland University and Wayne State University. With national recognition for her expertise, Connie has provided expert testimony and has been qualified as an expert witness in federal courts as well as numerous Michigan circuit courts. She has also served as a guest lecturer for professional development courses to industrial hygienists, building code officials, home inspectors, lawyers, and medical professionals.

Thomas Morbach is COO of Sanit-Air, Inc. Tom is responsible for managing the CleanliNEST™ Healthy HouseCall™ program and supervision of the technical support crews for duct cleaning, water damage restoration, and mold remediation. Included within his thousands of projects are health care facilities, libraries, churches, schools, and residential dwellings.
Tom serves as a project manager for complex whole house remediation jobs, including restoration of large historical homes and complex commercial jobs. He Tom mobilizes and coordinates a team of professionals that include engineers, builders, scientists and technicians. Tom is especially knowledgeable in remediation of attics with mold and water damage, whether from insufficient ventilation or infiltration from outdoors.
